This is Just Junk Thrown Together, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I agree with everybody else; placed a huge order and used promo coupon. I was expecting a variety of colors as seen online; however, I received all blah and hardly usable colors - fluorescent yellow (highlighters), dark gold, plum purple & mint green (very hard to read). These were the only colors I received in a variety of different pen styles. Seems like Staples wanted to get rid of the yucky colors that were not selling! If I would have paid full price for this item I WOULD be returning it for a full refund!

Pay close attention to the 'Colors may vary' disclaimer. In our case it translated to 4 neon pink, 4 brown, and 4 light blue permanent markers. Very happy with the yellow highlighters, but not really sure what purpose the markers will serve at a finance company. Probably should have gone with another offer.
Just as all the other comments this would have been a great promotion except all the colors were the same and not very good colors. Looks like they tried to get rid of the colors no one orders.. The promotion did say includes 16 colors and they may vary, but I got 3 colors not 16..
I do love sharpie markers and will continue to order them.
The product was fine and I am sure we will find away to use it in our office.
[...]. LOOKS LIKE THEY THREW IT TOGETHER WITH LEFTOVER UGLY COLORS.
[...]and pictured 12 different colors. What I got was 4 yellow, 4 green, 4 purple and 4 black. Description does say "colors may vary" but this was not quite what I was hoping for. It looks like Staples just wanted to get rid of their overstock. If that's the case, they should picture it that way!

Nice assortment of Sharpie products, but lousy assortment of colors. What the photo makes it look like you will receive and what you actually receive are entirely different. In addition to the yellow highlighters, my package contained only four different colors; three of which I have absolutely no use for.
This would have been a great deal if it had arrived in a variety of colors similar to the photo, but markers were all the same color (and not a useful color, either). Not worth using the promotional coupon just for the free highlighters (which are nice).
Colors sent were not good. All 4 retractable pens were pale orange. All 4 twin tips were a pale mint green. Not easy to read the pale colors. The 4 fine points were purple, navy, royal and MINT. The products are great, just bad color selection.

While having free extra Sharpie markers/pens is always a plus, it was disappointing to get four of the same color for each style instead of the rainbow of colors that was shown in the picture.
If you are redeeming the promotion coupon, you might consider another promotion. I expected a variety of colors in each style (except the higlighter - just as pictured), but received all in the same (and useless) color.
