I love how this protects my product. I have used in the past for various items and has been a life saver. Who wants to have a product fail and then be out. Bottom line is the coverage is definitely worth it. I bought a flash drive for school purposes and for whatever reason after a while my labtop was unable to recognize the USB card and I was able to upgrade to a different one. The process went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend getting a plan on any technology.

It's so simple. You just call their number if you have a problem and you have options. If you want it fixed they send you a prepaid box and take care of it for you. If you want a new one they send you a new one free of shipping. OR, if you'd like a different model, or weren't happy with the product they'll send you a check for the money you paid for it in the mail for you to spend on whatever you'd like.
