This chair was right fit for me through I was searching from staples online as I called on video phone about buying this. Since my old chair was broke, I had hard time as my dining wooden chair was not good for my back and I couldn't try to relax. I decided it was my time to buy new another one. I [...] love it!One problem that wasn't great with chair which not rock back and forth, but it was very comfortable more than other old chair. It was worth to buy it!

It's a great chair when you dont want to spend the super big bucks. I was torn between this one and the Sealy Posturepedic Chair - this sold me because it was high back and the lumbar was perfect for my lumbar- now if you try it and don't like the lumbar region don't buy this chair its not adjustable. It is very easy to put together no one should have issues with that. I do have to admit i used to buy the cheapest leather rolling chairs i could but its really worth paying the little extra and getting something more comfortable for you to sit in!

Very comfortable except for the height if you're less than 5'10 and the arms unless you're VERY big. I liked the chair enough, though, to drill new holes in the arm rests myself, and I have no regrets. If you're handy, add a counter-sunk hole about 3 inches above the bottom arm rest attachment holes, cover the other holes with leftover caps if you have them, and your chair will be perfect.
Also, if you're having trouble rocking in the chair, note that you must pull the height adjustment lever AWAY from the chair to put the chair into rocking mode.

Chair is comfortable when new, but it does not hold up over time. [...]the seat bottom is completely worn in about 6 months. The padding beneath the fabric has broken down to the point that it is like sitting on a piece of cardboard. I use this chair approx 20 hours per week, and I barely weigh 150 lbs, so it is certainly not being abused.

Initially comfortable, within the first week of use the cushioning in the center of the seat was compressed to approx. 1/2" leaving an obvious depression in the center. Very uncomfortable sitting essentially on the frame compounded by hard ridges running parallel to the front edge positioned directly under the seams of the front and rear bolsters. Specs say rated for 225lbs - I'm 6' 200lbs. Most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned and became so in an absurdly short time.
Might be fine for light weights but avoid otherwise. Total waste of money!

Good Lumbar Support-Needs TILT opt.

Personal Overall Rating(1-5, with 5 being the BEST)I give this chair a 3.5 - 4
My primary concern when selecting was LUMBAR suport and price. The chair provides pretty adequate lumbar support and is a great value for the price.
Problem is that the seat slopes back too far (naturally), for my comfort level. Don't have a bad back or anything, just prefer to sit upright (straight) most of the time and this chair has too much of a natural slope to it with no upper back tilt option. I've added a small square pillow to the middle of the seat to compensate for the slope and that's working great.
IF this chair had come with a TILT option for the back of the seat, I'd have given it a rating of 5, easily. Very stylish looking chair, the fabric is chenille-like and very handsome. Very good-sized chair (I'm 5'9").
Overall, good value for the price. Next go round, I'll purchase a chair that provides tilt option for the upper back of the seat to get TRUE comfort (sans the pillow) ;-).

It isn't the most beautiful chair on the market, but it definitely serves its purpose. There are a couple things that bother me with this chair. One is that the armrests do not adjust at all, which is annoying when you are at a computer and your arms have to sit unnaturally high up while you work. The second is that the back is not adjustable to lean forward at all; in fact, it is one of those chairs that is always slightly reclined. It is very comfortable when leaning back, but if you are trying to use proper typing posture, don't even think about having proper back support. I would recommend this chair for the casual computer user and not for somebody who will be at the computer for several hours at a time due to the back fatigue that results. Overall, a very great ergonomic office chair for the price.

It was a good deal, and a good deal harder to put together than we first thought. There were some bolts missing which, of course, were the last (and most important!) ones needed. After that problem was taken care of, it is a very good chair. We learned to check out the Staples website before purchase at the Staples Store, as prices differ greatly sometimes~ Very comfortable chair though.
