Purchased a similar chair that was on sale for less than this model. The 'leather' was anything but, and the construction was obviously very poor. Returned that model (from another vendor) and purchased this model from Staples. Excellent buy! It makes good sense to invest a few extra dollars to purchase a comfortable chair, that is also well constructed.
Excellent middle quality chair, that can be purchased (when on sale) at an unbeatable price!

WOw! This chair is extremely comfortable; back support and arm rests allow you to sit for long periods of time without getting stiff.
Head support is just the right height for short people, too.
The sleek style looks great; not bulky or clumsy to swivel around - glides easily.

I bought this chair for my office. I wanted something stable and comfortable. I needed something to accommodate my large posterior. The only "big"chairs had arms. These tend to get in the way of my desk-return. But It is comfortable, was very ecconomical and serves it's purpose well.

Well, this chair was great when I got it. Good price point too. But that is about where the positive comments stop. After 2 weeks, the chair was already getting noisy. The seat cushion, (as other reviewers have stated), is extremely lacking in comfort. I suppose if you were sitting for under a half hour at a time it would be OK. You really start to realize how uncomfortable the seat is after that 30 minutes though.

This chair would probably win an award for the most uncomfortable chair ever made!! This chair is so uncomfortable my 10 year old chair ready for the dump is a breath of fresh air compared to it!!
You actually hurt after you sit in it, the padding is practically non existent, the chair is unstable, the back position is uncofortable, it is made from poor quality materials, the adjustments dont work well.. My back and hindquarters are killing me!!! etc etc etc "DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY IT!!!!"

I use this chair all the time for hours while I am at my computer. I would like to have a thicker seat cushion but I am aware that many others do not use a computer chair for as long as I do on a daily basis. I have added a separate cushion and that has solved the issue for me. The lumbar support is greatly appreciated.

I purchased four of these chairs for use in a small conference room. The chairs were a total dissapointment. They require some assembly and it was difficult to screw the bolts into the seat assembly even using a power driver. The chairs were described as having a luxurious black leather seating surface but in reality it is a very hard low grade leather that looks cheap with the embossed texture. The loop arms have started to come loose after a few uses. There is supposed to be a built in lumbar support but it is not noticeable. The seat and back angle is supposed to be adjustable but it does not seem to work properly. It is a low grade poor quality chair.
