At first glance, it doesn't appear to be a very cmfortable chair. But once you sit in it you realize that the seat goes down smoothly and when you ultimately stop - you don't come to a hard stop like some chairs can do. It also rolls very smoothly. The arm rests are quite cushiony and are contoured so your arms rest more comfortably and you can sit that way for a long period time without your arms falling asleep. Also, the back rest is mesh and allows for breatheability. It contours very well and you can adjust it easily so you have alot of back support. It also has a good number of adjustments so you can really make the chair fit to your height needs. The only drawback is the seat cushion - while soft and supportive at first - after a while it started losing its plushness so we ended up putting a foam pillow on top of the seat cushion.

I love the look and feel of this chair. There are more adjustable features on this chair than nearly any other chair I've ever used. One caveat: The seat is a bit short, front to back, and slightly forward leaning and I am not sure how to fix that. I find myself falling out of it from time to time if I don't stand up and sit back down in it again. The cloth covering the seat is very slick.

I'm short (5'0") and found that many chairs I tried didn't go down enough for my feet to actually be flat on the floor (I know -- it's pretty funny!) This chair is height adjustable as well as every other way adjustable, which is exactly what i wanted. I can adjust the depth of the chair, the tilt of the back and height of the arms too. And the price was unbeatable for this many features.

The chair seams to be very stable. The metal plate holding the backrest is stable. The three levers that operate the positioning seems to be very solid. The mesh backrest keeps you cool. I think the first thing that might break on this chair would probably be the stiching or the screws would strip holding the armrests, or if your heavy the plate holding the backrest. But this chair is very nice and I'm extremely happy with it.

The chair is comfortable, but I wish it would lower about another 3-4 inches. As it is, my keyboard tray (part of a desk bought at staples) hits me in the top of the legs in this chair. It fits at other desks, only on its lowest setting. This seems to be a problem common to Staples chairs. Otherwise the chair is fine, but if I can't use it at my desk, it is completely useless.

First thing I noticed about this chair is how much better it looks at the desk than our old leather chair which looked massive.

I ordered this chair three years ago. It was easy to assemble. The chair is used 4 days per week and on average 5-12 hours per day. I had back issues with the prvevious chair but this one does not cause any discomfort. The arms look new, the rollers work perfect, the seat is still comfortable. It has many adjustments to fit your body and preference. It does creak a little, but after three years, and having been used as a primary work chair, I feel that is minor...nothing lasts forever. For the money, this is a great chair and I would definitely order another. I like the styling and it is very cool in the summer, unlike vinyl and the fabric does not pill! I highly recommend it.

I use this product practically the whole day. I am a writer/constantly at my desk. All the adjustment features are amazing! The only problem is, on a base level, the chair is just too overall large for me. Even at the lowest adjustment, the armrests are still too wide (though the right height!) and the seat cushion is too wide. I'm a woman around 130 pounds to give an idea.

I work at home. My desk and chair were vintage. The chair got very uncomfortable after 8-14 hours a day. Had to change. Checked supply at multiple sources, most were no better than what I had. This was the best chair for the best price. No longer have backaches at the end of the day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I only weigh 150 lbs but it seems like the foam cushion has a permanent butt print in it, and honestly it now feels like I'm sitting on a plank of wood. The area where my butt is planted on the seat feels like there isn't any cushion at all. Thankfully, nothing else has fallen apart but its irrelevant since the chair hurts to sit on for extended amounts of time now.
