Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The roll was a bit too wide for my standard size windows and so I had to cut some off of the edge. The product works really well and does look like stained glass BUT there is not enough to cover an entire window. CHECK YOUR WINDOW MEASUREMENTS to be sure you'll have enough! I wish they sold this in longer rolls!

I put these on the tiny windows in the basement just to hold us over until we went to get shades made. Probably won't get the shades now. Easy and economical.

I used this product on a largte front window facing a busy street. Not only does it provide full privacy, but allows light in and looks like real stained glass from inside and out! Colors are vibrant and go with many decorating styles!
