I use it to hang my pictures on the wall and it really holds on strong and I don't have to use any nails or screws.
the only disadvantage is that the hooks can sometimes be to big for the frames.

I use it on a wall to hold up a hanging folder pocket in my classroom. I had tried several different things until a co-worker suggested this product. I loved it. It stayed up all year without a wiggle. At the end of the year, I was able to remove it without any effort. I purchased several more to continue using them. Great product. Easy to use.

I used this hook to hang a painting in my bedroom. It's great because I don't have to pay to get holes in my wall filled (I'm in an apartment) and I still get to enjoy my art.Much better than the strips alone which wouldnt hold a much smaller painting.

I have used this product before but the hooks were smaller and had no trouble. I think because these hooks were bigger one did take some paint off the wall when I removed them.
