We had a huge HON filing cabinet and it needed to go. Lugging that heavy thing around was a pain so we purchased the 'Sentry®Safe Fire-Safe® .61 Cubic Ft. Capacity Security File by Sentry'. We needed a small semi-secure safe to house most of our personal documents. For the price, it's a great value. Also, you can install some weather stripping to make it water tight. I can see why they didn't install a handle (from another user's comment) because if you put too much stuff in the safe, lifting it up by the handle would probably break it.

This is a great product for the money and the home user. It does however lack a recessed handle on the lid which would make transporting it easier, especially it you did not install in floor.
