Lost a lot of storage when we downsized houses. This cabinet lets us store things sorted by type, i. e. one shelf for meds, and health/personal products, another for software and manuals, etc.

The compact size works well in my storage area.The manufacturer should have constructed a better locking device which is very poor,down grading this storage unit, because of this i cant recommend it to friends.

This unit is easy to bang up. With only slight pressure, there are now dents in the door and it scratches very easily. The lock mechanism needs constant adjustment. I would never buy this again.

I use this in my basement to store extra food boxes & cans, paper cups & plates, etc. I was concerned that it would not hold the weight of a lot of soup cans and soda bottles, but it does a great job. The shelves and frame are sturdy but you have to be gentle with the doors since they are not very heavy duty. The lock is OK - it could probably be broken open very easily but it's enough to keep pets and children out. It is on an uneven floor but even so, it doesn't tip over or wobble. I will be buying another one the next time they go on sale.

I was hesitant the shelves were going to be able to hold up the heavy material that we were planning on storing in the cabinet. They went above and beyond my expectations, this is very well made. Great product.
