Amazed the Garmin didn't come with a case (it really should have) Having the hard case allows me to put it in the car without worrying about it as well as carrying it in my bag when necessary.
Case is sloppy for 4.3 display.

It's not bullet proof , but u can drop it anytime or throw it across the room , it will protect your gps .
So it would recommend it to a short-tempered friend

Put my GPS in the case and the case in my backpack. This protects the GPS screen and it doesn't take up a lot of room.

I own the Garmin nuvi 650 and wanted a zipped case. My Garmin fits nicely inside and is protected from scratches while not in use.
