The size comparison between boxes (single or double cartridge) was frustrating. One gave the size in number of sheets it would print, the other in mL. I wish they would use a uniform measuring unit.

Printer will say "replace empty cartridge", but when you take the cartridge out there is always some ink left. This does not happen with the color ink cartridges - just the black ink. Other than that - this is one of the quickest, easiest, cleanest replacement cartridge systems I have used

Cartridge life is sub-par, although quality is excellent. I haven't run a page counter to date, but let's just say that I replace cartridges far more often than I crack open a new reem of paper. On a cost per page basis, photos are much less expensive to produce through a professional printing service, albeit without the convenience factor. Naturally, the one cartridge you don't have a spare for will be the one that goes belly up first. Have plenty on hand...
