Previously you would apply the 3.oo credit on used ink cartridges immediately at time of new purchase. I specifically went to Staples because I would get 3.00 off per cartridge on new purchase. Since you no longer do this I am NOT motivated to go to Staples for my cartridge needs.It's what made your store different and gave me the added incentive to shop at Staples.Just when you added a store in my neighborhood too.

In Europe, HP sells the regular black ink cartridges as well as alternative black ink cartridges that have a much larger amount of ink. They have an extended reservoir that projects back from the regular reservoir. Why can't they put more ink in the US cartridges as well?
