The replacement cartridge had problems, but staples replaced it with no problem. The new cartridge worked fine. This is the second time it has happened, but the service at staples makes it worth while.

I use my printer all the time in printing recipes and other stuff. It does a wonderful job in the printing, and the color gives great pictures. I just wish it lasted longer, like it says in the ad. It runs out way too soon.

I am a special ed teacher. i write and print multiple copies of individual education plans and tons of picture for my class. I like to be able to purchase the packs with both cartridges, but they can get expensive. Why doesn't Staples make sets for all printers?
