The plastic cover over the ribbon in the printing area hangs up on the edge of the paper sometimes. I can usually correct it by turning the plastic cover over, or end for end.

It's a whole lot less expensive to use an old fashioned dot matrix printer for billing than a laser printer! And the results are adequate, although not great.
