I wanted a desk to use for a home office that had plenty of writing space and space to hold laptop and additional monitor.

I would have liked better quality drawers but can't be too picky because of price.

Looking at maybe buying a 2nd for daughter college appartment.

Heavy Duty Except the Drawer Bottoms

It's nice and heavy which is great, but why on earth are the drawer bottoms cardboard? Makes no sense whatsoever. I expect they will fall apart and then I will have to take the desk apart and replace with something sturdy. I am not looking forward to that!
