Divider tabs right? it might be lame, but these are actually a better mouse trap. Write on them, then reorganize your folder and just change the tab, no little papers, no messing around, no ripped hole(unless you try)or looking in other binders to find that one tab! Just wipe and use! These are also a bit more stout than the regular flimsey paper dividers that ALWAYS rip at the hole or the tab cautches and tears. Just EZ to use.
