I used these sheet protectors to organize my designs. The top loading feature is so much better than others that side load. They also seem to be heavier quality than others I have used, these don't bend as easily so you don't get that plastic crease.

These are so much nicer than the cheaper lighter duty page protectors. They hold up much better, are sturdier, and feel more professional. Plus, they won't become wrinkly looking like the lighter weight version. Spend the extra money and get the heavy weight. You won't regret it.

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Upon opening the box and inserting a few pages into the plastic (fairly easy to do, no problems there) I recall wondering just what the thickness of the plastic actually was. I wanted long-term document protection for frequently used papers. Upon measuring the thickness, I found it to be in no case thicker than 3.2 mils, and more usually 3.0 to 3.1.Okay, that's nit-picking, you say, and I wouldn't have said anything and would have bought them anyway if they had been advertised as being 3.1 mils, but they weren't. They are, on average, slightly less than 10 percent thinner than they should be. [...]

Not the same as it used to be
By LauraVerified Reviewer from Rochester, NY on 12/3/2007
Pros:
None
Cons:
Decreased quality, Flimsy Construction, Hazy film
Best Uses:
Document Protection, Organizing Documents
Describe Yourself:
Quality Oriented
Primary use:
Business
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have been purchasing these sheet protectors for over a year and once LOVED them. But now I have to agree with the other reviewer who said they were terrible. They are clearly flimsier, and have a dusty haze like they are dirty all over them. The plastic does not have a nice flat crisp look to it anymore. It's wavy like the surface of water. Just not as nice, as I sit here directly comparing my old ones with my new ones. I will have to find something else to purchase unless they contact me and tell me that they are going back to their old formula.
