Nice cart - shortchanged the strap
By cmmguyVerified Purchaser from Central NC on 6/27/2008
Pros:
Compact, Well built
Cons:
Elastic strap too weak, Wheels seem cheap
Best Uses:
Occasional heavy loads, Running Errands
Describe Yourself:
Worker bee
Primary use:
Business

I like it to carry boxes into a factory when doing setups when I only occasionally need a cart. It folds up nice into my truck. It will handle loads that the lighter duty carts will not. The bungie strap and wheels were under designed for this nice cart.

My necessary extra partner day-to-day,

Folding handle

Primary use:
Business
Bottom Line:

The sale price on this cart was irresistable, even though I prefer a handle that retracts down v. folding down. I even tried to think of reasons to get a second one, or buy a couple for people I know who struggle without a cart. As a matter of fact, I'm out-of-town now, didn't bring mine with me, and I ended up buying a cheap stand-by at [...] last night to get through this week at a conference.

We bought this luggage cart to transport heavy boxes while traveling. It has held up quite well while being abused at the airports. Moves easily through the crowds. Has kept its shape. Small compact size easy to storage when not in use.

I've had 2 of these carts for Heavy Business use, Daily Use. The first one finally wore out after just over 10 YEARS! I'm enjoying the 2nd one now. I carry over 100 pounds of test equipment from my van to the worksite every day with this cart. My company offers me a cart for $300 that can't hold a candle to this thing. All my colleagues have purchased this after seeing mine... If you are in the market for a good, retractable, heavy-duty, light weight, reliable, and RUGGED cart, just buy this one from [...].

Heavy-Duty Luggage Cart, 250-lb. [...]
By New teacherVerified Purchaser from Lewisville, TX on 9/29/2007
Pros:
Attractive Design, Durable, Great for teachers, Versitile
Cons:
Handle too short, Heavy, Pinches when folding
Best Uses:
Daily Use, School
Describe Yourself:
Comfort-oriented, Practical
Primary use:
Business
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The handle is a couple of inches too short. It can pinch fingers when being folded. Works great for carrying bins full of books. Elastic strap is too weak. I use bungee cords to attach a plastic crate for books. It can carry a lot more weight than the usual teacher supply cart!

It was fun to watch all the other parent struggle with their large handtrucks. 2 of these carts did the trick and it doesn't take up any room in the car.
