This was a back-to-school requirement. This scissor glides through paper, is not stiff to use, and fits the hands of both children and adults comfortably. The blades are sharp but are designed with safety in mind. The durable colored handles coordinate well with current school supplies and make them easy to spot in any desk drawer. Though these scissors do not offer the new erasered sheath feature of another brand, it does not affect the performance in any way. It is just one less thing for a child to lose and fight over. These scissors are a great value for the cost. I highly recommend them.

My son is using these for school. I like the feel of the scissors, but why have 2 pair in one package? We only need 1 pair, but it was such a good deal I now have a set we won't use. I would really like to see blade covers for the scissors. I think that would be a great asset. Kids are grabbing things from their desks and it would just be safer to have covers.
