Be careful.... not all 8.5 x 11 file boxes from other stores work... narrower guide rails jam hanging files...no warning by Staples or other stores

Don't stuff too much weight in one... over time, the glue comes undone at the fold over the hanging bar.

The only thing not great about any hanging file folders I've ever noticed is that when you put them in the file drawers there is a gap at the front and back that the hanging tabs seem to love getting stuck in - if the tabs could be wide enough to not get stuck - or maybe the drawer rod that they hang on shouldn't have those notches in front or back?

It was advertised as having 25 folders per box: I bought three boxes since I needed 72. The first two boxes had 24 folders, the third, only had 22. I was short one. Oh well. Next time I know to count what is inside the box.

I would of prefered purple or yellow than the muti-colored folders but I did not like the color tabs that come with the purple or yellow folders. The clear tags are better to use,easy to read file names. Too hard to read thur colored tabs.Other than that they are ok to use til you can change or choose between clear or colored tabs with the color folders
