The term "Photo Plus" might make you think that it was similar to Canon Photo Paper Plus, but it is not. The Canon Plus is 72 lb. while the Staples Plus is 64 lb. And the Canon is much smoother and glossier. Use this Staples paper for everyday ordinary album shots, not gift photos.

I use this paper for reference prints/documentation of items and pass around pictures. When I want a really sharp clear image and absolutely true colors for a display/archival print I use Epson paper in my Epson printer. I use an Olympus SP-500UZ digital camera. It is one step away from being an SLR. The average user probably would not be aware of the short commings of this paper.
On the rating of this paper I would actually give it a 3 and a half stars but that is not offered as an option so I gave it a 3. It is good paper for everyday use.

I use Staples Brand photo paper for all my photos. I also do a lot of reprints from older pictures for my genealogy research. I've used all brands for my work and have found that Staples photo paper gives me more quality for my dollar.
