Although I am an employee at a staples retail store, i consider my opinion biased. I bought these and donated them to the ambulance and fire dept. I volunteer with. We never have pens when we need them and the price, and quantity is perfect. We just stuff the box in the Ambulance or Fire truck somewhere and we always have a pen to right on. I never notice them drying out but then again we use them alot or lose them first. I rate them a 5 stars for price and quantity.

I take this pen along as an extra in case someone saids, "May I borrow a pen?". I am not too worried about getting it back. The ink flow is good and it dries quickly but the grip is a little to small for me and the pen cap does not fit well on the bottom of the pen so it gets lost more often.
