This hole puncher worked well until it broke 8 days after I bought it. One of the rings that holds it inside a binder broke off, so I can't put it in my binder anymore. This is the third one of these to break in a short time in the same way. I wish Staples sold another brand of this product.

IT serves the purposes as far as a small compact hole puncher, but if dropped, it does break apart. As long as it isn't the only hole puncher, it serves it purpose of being used in a bind when a regular hole punch is not available.

Used it on a pleasure/business trip where I had to fly to the other side of the country. Inportant papers were stored in a binder. Brought the punch to add new papers as needed. It survived 11 days of travel and three airports without any damage. You can only punch a few papers at a time and the little holes fly everywhere but it performs the job and packs well.

i like it but i just wish it could hole punch more than about 3 sheets of paper. and i wish that it had a little container to hold all of the little pieces of paper so that way you wouldn't have to throw them out every time when using it. you could just empty out the container when it's full. it's more convenient that way.
