I have it on my desk at work.
It's an OK frame to have at your workplace but it does not look elegant enough to have at home.

I bought this when my mom was in the hospital. It had more meaning than just a bouque of flowers. I was able to put pictures of family gatherings, vacations, parties, and events. i love that i didnt have to go out and buy some special memory card to put the photos on. i loaded almost 400 photos on there and some nice calming music. i set it up for her and after i left the hospital she enjoyed it when visiting hours were over. Highly recommended and i can't wait to buy another one (BIGGER) for my home to show off all my pictures when i have company over!

For the most part I like this product. It does what it says and looks nice in the home.
The biggest thing I don't like about it is that you can't turn it on or off by the remote. You have to use a switch on the side of the product.

Images are grainy.
The resolution is not noted on the box nor on the user guide. Large pictures get cropped and not knowing the screen size makes re-sizing my pictures, before loading them, a guessing game. There's an option to "shrink to fit" but it makes the pictures much too small.
The fold out easel is very flimsy. I can see it breaking easily.
A nice feature is the ability to play MP3's to accompany the slide show. My mom loved that.

defective - had to return for a replacement after a month
When I returned the defective digital picture frame to Staples, the manager gave hassled me about the return.

Frame worked for a week then no picture. Determined it was caused by bad power brick. Requested a new one and was told it would ship in 4 weeks. It's been 15 weeks and part is still on backorder. I complained and asked to receive a replacement retail box and I would ship back original they refused. If you have a problem with your frame don't expect the manufacturer to replace in a timely fashion.

Works well but took too much time to figure out even with the instructions. Still, an acceptable value except that it went on sale the very next day.

Was a gift for my parents who are technology challenged. They found it very simple to set up and use. Plenty of internal memory. Some of the competitors do state that they do not have this feature and yet their prices were very comparable

I downloaded many digital photos of my friends and family before giving as a gift at christmas time. And when they openned it up and turned it on there were all the digital photos of the fond memories we had shared together.
They all said it was the best gift they ever received.

Only takes AVI movies but my Kodak camera uses MOV.
I could not get the computer interface to work on any of 3 computers.
SD Card Slot is too close to the frame to easily get out the card.
Cuts off heads.
Could not get remote to work but probably dead battery. Controls on back are difficult to use -- Hard to move around to where you need to get to (customer unfriendly).
May say 7 inch but appears to be 4 x 6 photo frame.

I bought this Digital Frame for my Mom for a Christmas gift. I have a very large family and we have alot of pictures. My mom doesn't have any more wall space for any more. So I thought this would be a good idea for her to dislpay all us kids and all the Grand kids and even the Great Grand-children. So now when any one comes and visits there is always a photo or two of them to make everyone happy. Plus my mom loves the way it is displyed on the frame.
I am so glad I got her a gift she can use forever and ever.

This is a great picture frame. It is a little small but works great. I will get a bigger one next time. We have it in the living room and it's on all the time. The 128 MB built in memory holds 140 pictures, plenty for one picture frame. I'd like to see an 8X10 and mounting for the wall. The remote control is cool, but I only use it to setup.

I really did not like digital cameras until I purchased the digital frame. So many pictures were never printed, shared or looked at after they were taken. This allows me to show many pictures and it cuts down on the cluttered picture frames that used to be in my livingroom. I also purchased a USB 4 G drive at the same time and they work great together. It is really easy to add photos to keep the digital frame updated with the most recent photos.

Very easy to use. Connected to computer and uploaded maximum amount of images directly from hard drive.Regular retail price is way beyond what I would pay for such a product. Bought it on sale at Staples for [$]. Great Product, Good Price.

This was a great Christmas gift for my husband - I loaded the photos on to the digital photo frame. It can also be used as a clock. It stores lots of photos. I didn't have any trouble putting my pictures into the internal memory.

Gave this digital frame to my 13 year old son for Christmas. He loves it, but he had to make his own picture stand out of legos as the stand on the back of the frame couldn't hold the frame - it kept falling over. He doesn't have any trouble reading the directions & learning all the frame can do - lots of fun for the price.

I made a purchase without seeing the quality and the stand on this unit. Had I checked this out first, I don't think I would have made the choice. I have to prop up the unit for it to stand up. Some of my pictures are not that clear. I haven't tried the music yet. This was a Christmas gift for my mom and I don't have the heart to take it back to the store for another one.

The wide screen dimesions don't make sence for most digital camera. You either see extra black around the picture or if you use the feature to expand, then it crops the picture and you might loose something important from the picture.

I bought this for my elderly mother-in-law and I wanted utter simplicity. It may satisfy that requirement, but it turns on and off only with a switch on the back which may make it too hard for her to use as I had hoped.
The remote is very difficult to use. The sweet spot is hard to find.
I had to buy a rubber mat to try to keep the frame from falling down. The dinky little support makes the frame lean too much and it is hard to keep upright.
The instructions are minimal.

My preconceived was off. Thinking for that kind of money imagining would be refined, I am disheartened that there is not better pixilation. Just OK viewed from a distance (although notably darken from original) and when viewed from close (about 3 feet or less) the picture quality was poor -- fuzzy/blurry, colors not true, sharpness lost. A framed picture of this size is meant to enjoy from relatively close up (pick it up and appreciate)...no dice, here. I returned the item, to await the better day when these technicalities match good money spent.
Perfect for digital camera users who don't print photos. Very versital and has great picture clarity. Can use most any memory card or thumb drive. I also like the feature that allows music with photos.
