The drawer was surpisingly good sturdy quality for the price. The drawer slides move smoothly and don't feel flimsy. The only problem is when the drawer is all the way out, it stops in a detent and won't go back in until you press on the release levers on the outside of the slides under the desk. This is an unnecessary and inconvenient extra step.

Assembly was difficult and frustrating. Is over-priced for what you are getting. Very impractical. I am returning it today and will probably end up paying more money for something simpler.

This was a pain to set-up. When the mouse tray is out, you can't push the keyborad tray in. It's not easy to adjust it higher or lower. You have to get under the desk and unscrew everything to do this each time. I've had the tray for about a month and it's now falling off the tracks.

Not practical to use.

The drawer locks are obnoxious. I have to reach on both sides to find the tabs to close the drawer. If I do it too fast, I pinch my finger. Can't close drawer with mouse tray open (where am I to put the mouse?!). I intend to return it.

Doesn't fit large cordless keyboards if you keep jel pad. Mouse tray is too small and mouse keeps falling off if you don't watch when pushing in drawer. Not ergonomic at all; very uncomfortable trying to use mouse tray as it is not high enough as well as being too small. Have to lean down to use mouse instead of being able to move hand straight across to use. All in all, very sorry it was purchased for my use.
