Big upgrade from the stand that my Dell monitor came with which only had tilt. Took less than 5 minutes to put together and set up. I had no problems putting my 24" monitor onto this.
Basically, what everyone else already said. This LCD stand doesn't provide much more function beyond letting you reposition the display viewing angle and rotate the display. But it does that very well. The highest complement I can pay is that I never actually think about this stand. It just does what I want when I want.
Well-built unit with a wide, sturdy base. The directions are clearly printed and easy to follow. I have a 22" wide-screen LCD monitor that weighs about 11 pounds and it works great with this stand. I haven't had to make any tension adjustments at all......perfect right out of the box. Other reviewers that may have said that their monitors don't stay in position, or pivot points are too loose or too tight, need to read the instructions. There are two adjustment points that allow you to make your monitor turn or rotate how you see fit.My alternative to buying this stand would be a monitor arm, but that would have cost [$] for a decent one. So far I couldn't be happier with my choice.
This stand is listed for 20" monitors but it works very well with 22" monitors. Very flexible
and useful for protrait or landscape view.
This is one of the best purchases I have made, as I appreciate it every day I use my computer. It is very affordable and very useful. It allows any lcd monitor that can be mounted to it to be used in either portrait or landscape mode (assuming your video card or other software will allow this). Using portrait mode for word processing, for instance, allows much more of a page to be seen at once (at a size that is still readable). Its other features are very good also, with tilting or rotating just about any way you would want. I really miss it when I have to work on other monitors now. Setup did take some time, since I had to revome my monitor from its stationary stand, but it was very manageable. There are even adjusters that allow it to work with different weight monitors, but no adjustment was necessary with my 19" monitor. Highly recommended.
I bought it to attach to a 19-inch 4:3 LCD screen that came with a short, fixed stand. The Neo-Flex gave me the flexibility needed to put the screen at a comfortable angle.
It's an excellent stand. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was that the base has to move when you rotate the monitor side-ways.
Exceptionally well designed product. Sturdy yet aesthetic. Box says for monitors up to 20" only but my Acer X221 22" monitor works great very stable with plenty of height to pivot into portrait mode. If your video card doesn't have a pivot function look up the freeware program iRotate which works great.
