Windows as always has its bugs and programs freeze up "not responding". The processor is nice and fast converting home videos in an hour which took 6-8 with old computer.

Stay away from this desktop. The computer wouldn't boot properly to Windows everytime I turned it on. I had to press the power button to 'reboot' it to get to Windows. HP's online support couldn't even help me with the problem, even after I did a re-format of the hard drive. Got fed up and took the computer back after two days. I got online and ordered a Dell. The Dell worked great as always right out of the box. (It's my third Dell).

personal use, monitor has great picture but vista has been a problem and has interfered with enjoyment of product. printer has been a problem. it is not working know. i have to call the 800 # and will probably have to spend my precious off time with the 800 #. bought the computer 2/308 and this is 3/7/08. i brought this for pleasure but is has been anxiety provoking to get it operational.

I love the design of the monitor. I also like the keyboard. I'm still getting used to it. It's smaller than our old keyboard. The hard drive is small too (as far as desk space goes). I love it. My husband did good!! :-)
