I got this for my husband and he loved it! He used it everyday. Then about 4 months later it just died! I filled out all the waranty info but have never heard back on it.

A very good product. I originally purchased the 1 Meg and was satisfied enough to purchase the 2 Meg. It is perfect for file transfer and document sharing.
The only thing I wish is that the USB cover was tethered to the unit. If it were, I would have rated it a five star
I would definitely purchase this product again

This is a nice thumb drive. Although not quite as fast as others I have, this is still adequate. (Hence the four stars instead of five.) However, what this lacks in speed (which isn't really that much at the moment), it makes up for ease of use. Some flash drive manufacturers like to make their drives in weird shapes and sizes, therefore making it difficult to use in tight spaces. You shouldn't run into that problem with this one. Overall, an excellent drive for the price I paid.

As I College Professor I use to have to carry my lap top to and from my classes. Updating was always an issue until I got my frist Memorex traveldrive. That is where I keep the most up-to-date information including grades, assignments, lecturers and even cool stuff that students share with me. With the computer in the classrooom, I only have to walk in with my traveldrive. It is the best thing since... well, computers!

I own other USB memorex travel drives with different capacities and will only buy the brand. I've tried other brands and they didn't work with the 1.1 USB port.

I plan to buy more of these Memorex Traveldrive(tm) flash drives. The quality of the product is better than most. The cap connection cover has a nice snug fit (older models had a little better snug fit). The lanyard is nice and can be used for an access badge or other flash drives. The lanyard has Memorex logo'ing on it. This product does not implement U3 ... a truly annoying piece of software now appearing on flash drives. I have purchased this as a gift for friends.

I have been scanning Slides into one computer and transferring them into another. The file size per scan is 40 plus Megs each the 2GB TravelDrive is just the ticket to transfer the data. Images the CD-R it would take to move the data.
