When i first got it, it worked fine, after a couple of weeks when i plug it in to my computer it won't open or even show up on "My Computer" to let me manually open it.

The lag on data transfers from a 10000 RPM harddrive is insane. 1.2GB transfer takes over 10 minutes to perform. I had a Gigabank 8GB drive a few months ago that would do that size transfer in under 2 minutes. Something tells me the ReadyBoost advantages for this device would be limited, if even existent.

I have 3 of this and I am very happy with them. The only cons could be the added software (that sometimes come installed in the unit) which unless you think that you are really going to use it, just delete it.

This is the first time I have purchased a portable hard drive and this one is excellent. I didn't know how easy this product was to setup and start using in minutes. I dont know how I lived without it. Before I used to carry data cds - now its all on this USD hard drive! Can't beat that!

Extremely easy to use - plug it in and it's ready to go. I've tested other brands, but continue to purchase PNY - not only for its use, but for it's design as well (multiple units fit side-by side in the USB ports).

No complaints. Plenty of space for transferring photos, music, and misc files form one computer to another. No setup required. Just plug it in and computer recognizes it. Just drag and drop or copy and paste and you can take you files anywhere.

I like the huge amount of space. I've even loaded it with music and used it to test Home Theater systems with USB connections for music and pictures. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it loads software and you have to use the U3 eject option to avoid the risk of loosing data. Having said that, I usually forget to do this, and other than the scolding I get from the software the next time I plug it in, I don't believe I've lost anything yet.
