There are so many types of these devices available that you can go nuts choosing one. When I bought mine, it was on sale and the best value, about [$] per GB. The retractable USB connector is nice; there is no cover to misplace.

I own 5 of these, I use them for everything, at work and home. Stores pictures and songs, files..the compression program it has is kick butt, 3 times the storage. You wont go wrong owning this product.
