Very easy to setup and use. Great value for the price. Perfect to recharge battery from my PC. Last long in between charges. Never had a MP3 player before, but glad I got it. Love listening to it while sunbathing and at the Steeler games. My son saw it and thought it was great, so I got him one for his birthday. Only thing, I would recommend getting different ear buds. These one are very uncomfortable to me.

This was a birthday gift for my 12 year son. He set it up, loaded the music and video in minutes. He was listening to his music in no time. Sound quality is excellent. Would buy more with confidence. Would definitely give as a gift without any hesitations.

I haven't used it very much. It was easy for a non techie like myself to setup. I haven't tried all the features yet. Only downloaded music. Hope to try the other features in the near future

It's do difficult to download videos it says mp3 but the video is mp4 so i tried many programs to convert my mp3 videos to mp4 i couldn't but the sound is so beautiful but without the video player i considered it expensive so i sent it back

Purchased 4 (yes four) units already with no regrets. Durable, as dropped many times and no problems (unlike I-Pods and Zunes with cracked screens). VERY easy to use (copy and paste). SONY quality through and through. Download a FREE "Any Video Converter" to convert video files to compatible MP4 files (video) and the video works perfect. Don't believe the earlier reviewer. Nobody showed me, but I figured it out. Kids love watching a 20 minute Tom & Jerry episode or Spongebob. My boys like seeing them scoring a goal in their soccer game -recorded in video mode on a digital camera, converted to MP4 - and put on their walkman. LOT's of user controls to adjust (if you want) such as volume limits (great for the kids), equalizers, screen settings, etc. Other than that - when they're on sale (or rebates), along with Staples discounts (rewards card users), it's a GREAT value. I-Pods and Zunes don't compare. I am no techno-phile, but I love the new walkman! Only complaint would be - needs more comfortable ear buds (like skullcandy). Or... If you need a HUGE amount of disk space........ maybe it's not the unit for you.

I think this a great mp3 player. Sound is awesome. Video is awesome. Easy to download songs on to. I have 2 daughters that have a 30gb and a 2gb IPOD and they loved this one. The adults I showed it to all wanted to know how much it cost and where to buy it.

Only thing I didn't like was that it has no slot to add a memory card. But then again, I'll probably never need any more then what it already has.

Great for music and pictures. But I tried every format possible for video files - didn't work. I even went on sonystyle.com chat support, but helpdesk couldn't help me. I was given a link to purchase a converter software although I explained that my files are already formatted for the device. Many hours were wasted on this cute little thing; it stores videos as data like a USB Flashdrive so they can be transferred to another computer. I can get those little flashdrives much cheaper. Staples always have them on sale. Oh well, now come to think of it, for the tiny weeny screen, I couldn't sit that long to watch a video on it anyway but it's so cute I would have struggled to do that. Oh well, what the heck, this is going to be another one of my many cute little mp3 players I will just put in my storage box in the storage room. I just thought the video thing could make me more giddy than the other devices.
