This is a great looking monitor and the light weight makes it very adjustable. I purchased five of these at a very great price for my office and am extremely happy with so far.

Used as business monitor. I bought this as a replacement for my 17" Envision LCD which was giving me headaches. Easy front panel controls. Good monitor for general purpose. Analog display was a bit fuzzy, digital was very clear. Speaker volume control on front panel. Very poor sound volume. It was so bad I had to buy an external amplified computer speaker which defeated the purpose of the internal speakers. USB on monitor was ok, but I use monitor on a retractable arm which made it difficult to use USB. External power supply took up extra real estate and was always on.

After about one year, the power pack went out, Checked with Staples and was told it has a 3 year warranty. The Staples guy made getting it fixed sound easy. Just call the 800# - have your receipt. I did that and was surprised I talked with a person in less than 15 seconds. He sent me a new piece for free without any mumbo jumbo and even called me back to confirm. Wasn't that nice. I'm sold on Staples.

This unit was substituted for a sale item and I would have rather had the Acer that was in the ad. I got a good deal though and I like the built in USB hub for my external hard drive and my mouse connections. It came with a couple dead pixels but I lived with it. The video from DVD is quite good for a lower mid priced unit and I can't complain about the gaming performance either. Is it the best out there? No but is it worth the price? I'd say yes.

Having just installed this monitor to my system, it performs admirably. Picture quality is good, setup was easy. The USB hub is a nice extra as well as it comes packed with the DVI cable, which many other monitors do not. Nice touch Staples.The three year warranty isn't too shabby, either.Worth the money.
