this tv is perfect in every way i mean wow i bought it for so cheap, and it was totaly worth it , i say the only bad thing that this tv may have is that it does not have a lot of conection option, but if you have the cables you would be able to connect your cable box with a xbox or hd dvd, etc. it haves 1 hdmi outlet, and 1 multicolor outlet, and it haves more outlet that i can not name right now, but they are all useful, overall this is one of the best hdtv i ever had.

Wow!. It beat my expectations. I have tried several equivalent models, even the top of the line modesl, such as JVC. This by far is the purchase I've made for the money--and at half of the current cost. The picture quality is great--my HD channels are great, and that's without the HDMI cable being used. Attach it to a HDMI DVD player/recorder, and OMG, the picture is awesome. The speakers are not the greatest, but they are effective. Easy to use, accept when connecting the cable line--you almost have to be a contortionest to plug it in. All-in-all, it is worth it!!! Great product.

Well I used to do most all my shoping at [...] because I thought I was saving money/NOT.STAPLES is the bomb for all my office needs. The store in Jackson, Califonia has service above anywhere I've been in northern california.I wanted to buy something special for my on valentine's day;when i waiked into our local staples store they had one 32"envision HD television on the floor for a wonderfull price of [...] I told the manager Randy it's sold,I've got to have it!!.but I did not have enough cash on me.No problem he said. he held it for 3or4 days. That was way cool.we brought it home and set-up was extra easy.the picture is almost as clear as much more {$}TV's.we are now going back too purchase a 20"HD for our bedroom, staples has lifetime customers with our family, when we buy from staples we don't have to wonder about any future problems with electronic failures that cannot be resolved!keep that in mind when you shop.

The tv is well worth the money..The remote would not sync up with my cable remote (did power up with remote but no vlume control )... The tv does look good after it has focused...it has green spots everytime you turn the channel...until it focuses 'in' this is kinda of annoying..The main question..Would I recommend it ? I would for a new user of flat screen..I also bought an Olevia 26" tv which I would recommend too, and I like it a bit more than this Envision...but overall TV is pretty nice

The HDTV channel picture quality is great! Easy to use controls, easy set-up. Pulled in HD channels I am not even subscribe to with my current cable company. Sleek look, and very light. I love the extra features, such as the monitor connection. I can use HDTV as a TV or monitor, or video monitor... awesome. And best of all the price was excellent--[$]. I actually bought another HDTV from a major home shopping network, at a much higher price, and got the the same features and quality for less. Wow!!

Whites yellowed
Best Uses:

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I returned this tv. It's main fault was that the whites were somewhat yellowed and there was no way to adjust for it. The fact that there is no local service available (anywhere) means that if it needed service I would have to pack it up and ship it to the factory. That would be expensive and leave me with no tv for an extended period. I couldn't accept that possibility. Envision needs to solve this problem before they'll be selling me any of their products, regardless of quality and price.

I really like the feature that lets you adjust the Picture to the TYPE of Movie or Program you are watching. (Some are supposed to be "formatted to fit the screen" and really are not, so this adjustment is nice to have)

This HDTV flat screen was a great buy at [$] for it's size. I don't receive HDTV signals so I have not seen what it's real capability is. I replaced a Mitsubishi 31" tube TV which I have had for 15 years. 32 inches of flat screen is a little smaller than the 31 inches of older tube televisions. Picture quality is about the same.

Nice design and functionality. Does not work as a hi def tv (learned the hard way). I thought I could use it for both computer and tv at my cabin, but it does not present a bright enough picture for tv. This is not really the monitor. My expensive Viewsonic does not work for this purpose either.

This was purchased as a b-day gift for our 11 year old son. He has this t.v. in his bedroom and watches it daily and plays video games on it, as well.

Great TV, awesome picture quality, and excellent user interface. The only cons about this TV, is the lack of connections along the back. For the price, i'm certainly not complaining, but it would have been nice to get more than one HDMI, Component, or AV connection. Overall though, a great buy!

32 inch turned into a 27"

Everythings seems good so far. I am just not used the elongated images and when i changed it to 27 inch picture it looks a little weird with the black edges onthe side. It is not a TV problem though- its the wide witdth and makes TV people look fat and cuts heads off. So i guess it just takes getting used to. The only normalcy is to switch it to 27", but then i really dont have a 32" TV... just a 32" screen.

We were thrilled with this HDTV when we got it. Easy setup, automatic programming, lightweight, wonderful picture and sound, especially the HD channels. Unfortunately, on Day 2, it lost its programming, and we had to wait the 20-30 minutes for the stations to reprogram. After that, each day, it would lose the channel setup, forcing us to start from scratch. A call to the company produced nothing. All they could say was that it must be defective, and we should return it. Staples only had 3 TVs when we bought it (great sale price), so, of course, we couldn't replace it on return. Very disappointing.
