The shredder is large but wheels make it sufficiently maneuverable. So far, it seems to be handling a pretty intense shredding workout without jamming. Liner bags should be positioned carefully so that when the paper bin is replaced into the machine, the edges of the bag do not shift (causing the paper shreds to bypass the bag into the bin). I would seek a slightly larger liner bag at my next purchase. The cross cut size of the shredded paper appears to be small enough to ensure adequate security.

I purchased at a store due to a rebate and am very happy with it. We burned out or previous shredder (smaller and cheaper) after a couple years of use and decided to go bigger even though it is just for home use.

This is very easy to use, shreds more in pices then strips although I do wish I could have gotten a machine that does the micro-shred at that price. More from a capacity issue then anything I think.

Just emptied this for the first time the other day and it was a snap.

At this point, I would definately recommend this shredder. It handles unopened jumk mail no problem and I am very happy with it.

This is a good, quiet, durable, medium-duty shredder. It's rated for 15 pages, but you'll get better results with no more than 10 at once. It noticeably slows when munching 15 at once.

Also, it's cross-cut, but not diamond-cut or micro-cut, and thus not the most secure for super-sensitive documents. Probably good enough to shred stuff with social security numbers and credit card numbers, but nothing that's mission-critical to your corporation.

The bin is nice and empties easily and isn't messy. A-plus on that.

I just think that if you're going to shred document after document with frequency during the day, or if you need to make hour-long shredding runs, this one is not the shredder for you. You'll need a more powerful one. This one looks big, but it's a medium-duty shredder sitting on top of a very big bin.

For small business needs, it's great, and I'm happy with it. Staples seems to have the best shredders of the major chain stores. I always like to buy the service plan on shredders because it's really cheap to buy, and they replace it if your shredder goes out.

Was very easy to set up. It's quieter and faster than previous shredders I've owned. The motor burned out on the first one we had (same model) unfortunately about 1 month after our service plan expired. Bought another one, but this one doesn't shred as fast.

When the machine arrived it didn't work at all. Not even the power light would turn on. I returned it for another (Same model) and it worked fine for about six months. After the six month it began turning itself on and off at random. It would run for hours on end if someone wasn't around to turn it off. (We know because neighbors complained) We had to adventually just turn it completely off after each use, instead of leaving it on standby mode. At about this time it also began overheating reguarly (After shredding only a few sheets). Around the 18th month it stopped shredding anything heavier than three sheets of paper. (No credit cards, DVD's, etc.) and on the 19th month it just stopped. No power light, nothing!

We have had burned out three shredders in as many years, this one looks like a winner. It is easy to use, takes 15 sheets at a time, and cross-shreds. It doesn't take up a lot of space, yet has a high capacity. Bags don't seem to fit, so we empty it into a bag when full which is awkward, but otherwise it works well for our small office.
