Like others that have complained of how the unit fits in the ear, I had the same issue. However, the ear clip is made of pliable plastic. To overcome the fit problem, I merely bent and twisted the ear clip (gently of course) until it achieved a shape that held the unit firmly against my ear.

simple design, use & setup. just what i was looking for. Battery lasts longer than expected. Has good transmission as well as receiption. Good volume. The "around the ear" hook is awkward and cannot be shaped to fit. If used without hook, and used as "in the ear" only, it seems to be more comfortable. It is very lightweight and so inexpensive, I even bought 2!!!!

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use this all the time so I can be on the phone and keep working, driving, typing, etc. I love having my hands free for other tasks. It works great for voice activated commands too.

My only complaints are a sore ear after MANY hours of continuous use, and difficulty adjusting the volume while wearing the headset. Both of which are USER (meaning ME) issues.

I definitely recommend this unit.

Not a bad Bluetooth earpiece for the price paid on sale. I have had worse products I have paid more for. Had a little problem with synching with my phone and losing synch after initial setup, but generally it works after deleting from the phone and re-initializing. Sound quality OK, but not great.
