I have had this for about six months now, the price at the time couldn't be beat.
At first the controls; on/off, volume and voice activation took a fair amount of pressure to activate, I learned to deal with it.
My biggest gripe is with the supplied earbuds. They fall of easily, get lost or get stuck in your ears when removing the unit. Now that I have lost the two supplied this unit is very uncomfortable to wear and now doesn't have that snug seal needed to block out peripheral noise. I contacted Motorola customer support and received back the typical thord world customer response.

I commute 70 miles round trip to work and back each day. I like the headset and is very clear and lightweight. The volume control adjustment is not all that flexible. I have a hard time hearing over it from time to time.

There is no adjustability for fit on one's ear. Thus it falls off at its own discretion. I have purchased several headsets. This was the worst.

I use this when on long talks so hands are free and in car. If the piece would stay in my ear it would be fine, but it usually falls out or off. That's most annoying. The fact that it doesn't fit well in my ear makes reception difficult. I need to hold it in place to hear clearly.

I purchased this to replace a plantronics that my dog ate and thought the design was neat and possibly comfortable; but that's where it comes short. The ear pad was not comfortable at all and I could not keep a stable fit. The callers said I sounded distant and in a chamber when driving in my car. Looks good and signal seems good on my blackberry but that's it.

First, let me say I got this for [$] on [...], very cheap. I also have the Motorola MOTOROKR Z6m and this headset matches it perfectly. The Headset is Very small and super-lightweight. It is also very, very comfortable to wear. It comes with a very small Earloop that is mainly there to make sure it doesn't fall up, like a back-up for the headset. As for the headset itself, it is very small and fits snugly in your ear. I move my head around with the headset in my ear and it does not come out for nothing. It doesn't even get loose even after a long days work. Very snug, comfortable fit. Great Job, Motorola!!As for its features, calls are very clear and this headset can get very loud which is great for such a little piece. I was shaky about buying this at first, thinking it wouldn't be that loud and boy was I wrong. The buttons are great as far as placement goes. It has its very own, dedicated little Power Button under the Call/Answer button, which is fast for turning it on and off. The headset also charges very fast. And for pairing with my phone, it is excellent. Everytime I off the headset and then on it, it instantly reconnects by itself, every time. It is perfect. The only con I can think of is the same con for every other Bluetooth Headset I have owned. Wind noise!!! It is a bluetooth headsets worse factor, and this headset is no exception. But as for costing only [$] I can not complain. It does its job, and does it well. I was thinking of buying the "Jawbone Headset" from ATT that is suppose to filter out windnoise, actually any kind of background noise, but it costs over $100 which is out of my budget for an add-on to supplement my phone. This piece will do great for now. I do plan to get the Jawbone when it comes down in price, as I have done alot of reviewing on it and it has gotten alot of praise about it. But for now, I praise Motorola.
