I've had this model for a few years - it's been durable and trustworthy. My 2 yr. old headset had a piece of the ear hoop break off - so I bought another to replace it. It would be nice if they had an easily accessible parts purchase web site - as my old one still worked great - just wouldn't stay on my ear properly.

I liked the volume control, and the unit's connection and clarity were quite good, but the ear loop could not be bent to fit my ear. Therefore, whenever I moved around much while using it, the unit fell off. This happened several times while driving.

I use it 99.44% of the time as I like to visit vis the phone while I am doing whatever. Makes the chore more pleasant and I accomplish more. It is quite simple but tedious to go through setup each time. Would like to see immediate connectivity. As stated, would also appreciate the multi-fit ear hinge. Good clarity and less wind sounds according to receivers as i use this while walking and visiting. Love the way in which it turns on just by opeing the mike piece.

This headset is easy to put on my ear with one hand. It is so light that I can wear it for hours comfortably. So comfortable that at times I forget it is even on my ear. I love how it will automatically answer when I have it on my ear. Ocassionally it has spotty reception, but I'm not sure whether that is caused by the headset or my service.

I Have the Verizon XV6800. Pairing was easy. The idea of the swing out boom was smart, saves battery & disconnects when closed. When a call comes in & you open the boom pairing sometimes worked for me. I found the volume way too low even on the highest setting. I can't say if it was the device or just a fact of my phone. I have to figure it works well with other phones because I see plenty of people wearing this headset.

I like this headset. It is very comfortable. Stays on fine when adjusted properly. The volume is great. Callers say they can hear me fine without noise interference. What I like best is You can close it to turn it off an open it and it automatically reconnects. You can answer call waiting with this too. Also I haven't had it randomly disconnect as I turn my head as my other one did. I don't know about battery life yet as i only have had it 3 days.

They can hear perfect and when they call me using it I can hear them perfect too. I will deffinetly be purchasing additional ones for myself and my husband in the near future. They are a little spendy but watch for them when they are on sale at Staples and you can get a great deal for the quality.

This is one of lightest, smallest, sleekest design bluetooth in market. It fits on the ears perfectly and very comfortable. I tried to pair with one motorola phone and one sanyo phone, each took me a couple of minutes, very easy steps. Sounds are very clear. Sync up with the phone very quick every time It is turned on. I would recommend this to everyone.
