InkDrop from Staples - Now your printer never runs dry.

1. Sign Up.

   • Just click on "Sign up."
   • If you already have a staples.com® account, log in. If you're new to the staples.com® Web site, you'll need to register with us.
   • Review and agree to the InkDrop terms of use.
   • You will enter your billing and shipping information at Checkout.

2. Get your ink order.

   • To get the most out of the InkDropSM service, it's a good idea to order at least two cartridges so you have an extra. That way you can keep printing while you're waiting for your replacement.
   • Before ordering, check to make sure your cartridges are part of the InkDrop program.
   • At Checkout, enter your billing and shipping info. Your order should arrive in about 1-4 business days.

3. Get your InkDrop envelopes and labels.

   • Your first InkDrop ink order will not include any prepaid InkDrop envelopes or labels. Your envelopes and labels will arrive separately, approximately 2-3 business days after you receive your cartridges.

4. Use your InkDrop envelopes and keep on printing.

   • When an ink cartridge runs out, mail it to us in a prepaid InkDrop envelope. If you have an empty toner cartridge, mail it in its box using a prepaid InkDrop label. And when we say "prepaid", that means the postage is on us.
   • When we get your empties, we'll send you exact replacements along with more prepaid envelopes and labels. At this time we'll automatically charge your credit card for your replacements.
   • The best part is you'll always get the same standard pricing as you normally would on staples.com.
   • Your new cartridges will typically arrive about 5 business days after we receive your empty ones. All with no delivery charges. We even make sure the old ones get recycled.*

   *Currently, recycling through InkDrop is not associated with the $3 in-store recycling program. However, we make it easy by prepaying postage and recycling your cartridges for free.

   Now your ink never runs out, and neither do you. Sign-up now.

   Remember, if for any reason you don't need InkDrop, just stop using it. There's nothing to cancel and you'll still be able to shop Staples.com.
