    I have used this pen exclusively for the past 5 years, bringing my own to work and buying them as gifts for friends. When I shared my pen with my co-workers they wanted their own and we purchased some for the office! Even friends who have borrowed it notice the way it feels so smooth and writes so evenly and make comments about it. I have never experienced any skipping or blots, and the ink lasts a long time. I'm not sure why Staples doesn't sell refills, but you can find them at other office supply stores. I highly recommend this pen, even at the price - definitely worth the extra $ for the results when signing checks, documents, writing notes, etc.

    I bought some of these pens at the [...] outlet in Union Square. A pack of four was [$], which I felt was pretty steep, but having used Uni-ball products in the past, I figured they would be worth it. Not so. While the ink rolls on effortlessly, the pen skips. I could've gotten a dozen store brand gel ink pens for a lot less and been completely satisfied. If you want a good pen from Uni-ball, I recommend the Vision Elite.

        This is the best pen ever. I buy them in large quantities and guard them. Everyone that touches them says, "Nice pen!" I write with nothing else. Bold, smooth lines with doodle power.

              I have to write many notes and translations in my study of Classics and this pen is exquisite for these tasks. It writes extremely well, it is very comfortable, and I can see how much ink it has left by looking at the see-through windows on the grip. And the ink doesn't run out quickly either, it actually lasts a good amount of time. Highly recommended, the best pen I have ever used.
