I love the Rollerball pens. I particularly like a heavier impression when writing. Although this particular box of pens was described as "fine" (I really wanted "medium"), they are working out well for my writing needs. I would recommend the Rollerball pens to everyone who likes the "ink" presentation vs. ballpoint.

I use this pen to write in a lab notebook. We usually write so much that our hands hurt by the end of our day. This pen eases the amount of friction on the paper therefore glides across the paper better relieving the amount of pressure on ones hand. However, because we must write small sometimes, the ultra fine or extra fine are preferable to the fine.
