Staples used to carrier refills for these pens in their stores. Now they expect us to buy new pens. These pens are no good if I have to throw them away when empty. Refills were available as little as three months ago.

They are also not available on the Staples WEB site.

Get with it staples, or I'll have to buy pens elsewhere where I don't have to throw away the whole pen when empty.

I have used this pen constantly for over a year and am still in love with it. All my coworkers like it too. Best feature is the blue black ink and how smooth it writes. I used to be able to get refills, however, I have had no luck finding them as of late. Really would like to have the refills available. Other than the refill issue, this is definitely the best pen I have ever used.

I'm partial to pens that are comfortable to my hand and glide well on paper. You do have to becareful that you give the ink a couple of seconds to dry (not instant drying ink), but that has never been one of my pet peeves and as I don't usually use them for checks, nor legal documents, but for extended writng I enjoy this pen very much. Hard to find black in most places though (I think Staples in one of the only places I've found.)
