I'm partial to pens that are comfortable to my hand and glide well on paper. You do have to becareful that you give the ink a couple of seconds to dry (not instant drying ink), but that has never been one of my pet peeves and as I don't usually use them for checks, nor legal documents, but for extended writng I enjoy this pen very much. Hard to find black in most places though (I think Staples in one of the only places I've found.)

Staples used to carrier refills for these pens in their stores. Now they expect us to buy new pens. These pens are no good if I have to throw them away when empty. Refills were available as little as three months ago.

They are also not available on the Staples WEB site.

Get with it staples, or I'll have to buy pens elsewhere where I don't have to throw away the whole pen when empty.

I am so pleased with this pen. It writes easily & clearly. The ink stays on the paper. I use it every day & am especially pleased when writing my checks. I wish it were refillable. A nurse was the one who let me use hers & recommended Staples as the place to buy it. Great pen!

Q:
My boss currently uses this pen to sign important certificates at our offices. We have had complaints about it fading with direct light and he has asked to look for a pen that has permanent ink and won't fade with direct light. He likes the way this pen writes but we need something that will last longer and comes in blue. Thank you for your help.

  All twelve pens are the same color. The name of the ink color is 'blue/black', which is basically a darker blue. It is still distinguishable from any black text.
