The American Metalcraft 18912 pizza pan separator is made from 18 gauge, 1mm standard weight aluminum. To choose the right separator for your busy pizzeria or restaurant, measure the top outer diameter of your pizza pan and find a separator that is a minimum of 1" larger to allow for space on either side of the pan.
