Schiff® Guided minerals cal-mag-zinc tablet contains 250 mg of magnesium which is necessary for production of cellular energy. Tablet provides 25 mg of zinc for synthesis of protein, DNA, RNA, hormones and cell growth, sold as 90 per pack.
