Furniture Protection can be purchased for any furniture – most plans will be purchased on chairs and desks.
Plan must be purchased within 30 days of Furniture Item Purchase date.
SquareTrade’s coverage begins on Date of Purchase; however Customers will be directed to the manufacturer in the first year for all claims, with the exception of Accidental Damage claims.
If the Manufacturer denies coverage in Year 1 for common failures, SquareTrade will provide coverage. Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to properly maintain, store and use the item according to the manufacturer instructions. If the Manufacturer does not pay for shipping during their warranty period, SquareTrade will cover the shipping cost for the customer. Customers will just need to keep their receipt for shipping and call SquareTrade.
What is Covered?
