I love my new printer. I had no trouble setting it up and I’m certainly no techy. It’s done everything I’ve asked of it, thus far. Very happy with my purchase.

Worst Printer Ever
Worst printer I've ever owned! I've had nothing but problems with this. It won't stay connected to my network and it's one error after another. HP Smart is just as horrible. It won't recognize there is a problem. With no screen on the unit, it's anyone's guess as to what the problem is. Buyer beware is all l can advise

Difficult to set up
This is a nice compact printer but 3 people in 3 hours could not get it set up. We found a workaround but I have to call tech support today. Frustrating and no HP tech support on Sundays. Boo.

Excellent printer
I bought this to replace a cheap, poorly made HP printer which I only had a short period of time. This new one appears to be just as good as the similar one I had before the cheapo HP that no longer sells. Keep making HP Envy 6455e and I’m sure you’ll have many satisfied customers.

Wifi connections appear to be intermittent
I setup the printer and attempted to connect my new Chromebook+. I finally got it to print from the Chromebook but now it doesn't print. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact someone from hp support. I bought the printer because it is listed as a Chromebook compatible printer.

Great little printer for the price. setup was a little trickey if you run off a 5g network. Phones set up easily enough, laptops took a few tries.

Printer goes offline mid print even though it’s connected by USB
won’t connect to the Internet
Customer service blamed it on the USB (2nd cable) and the drivers on my MAC - which is brand new so I reset them as asked and now it only prints on one side - they said they would get an expert to call me back and I’m still waiting 4 days ...

Worst Printer Ever
Bought to replace similar HP that died. Looked like it installed fine PER THE DIRECTIONS but found out it wasn't printing. Found what I thought was solution and it started printing only in MSWord. Didn't realize it at first. When other problems came up I updated the firmware and driver and now it doesn't print from any software at all. DO NOT BUY THIS!

still in the box!
Cannot truly review this printer because I haven't even opened the box. I bought it to have when my current but now flaky printer dies. I bought this printer to match up with the exact same one my husband has so that we can just use the same supply of ink. His is working fine once we got the hang of the setup so do not expect any problems.

I found the position on the input buttons on the back to be very unfriendly, hard to see and I also did not like that when I tried to stop the shipping of the automatic delivery of the ink the online link wouldn’t accept it.
