This year’s highlights

  • 90%of employees believe more flexible work arrangements and schedules will increase morale.

  • 67%of employees would consider leaving their job if their work arrangements became less flexible.

  • 41%of employees would take a 10 percent pay cut for company that cares more about their health and wellness.

  • 78%of employees believe their employers have a responsibility to help them stay mentally and physically well.

A closer look at the data

Above all, the modern–day employee values choice, wellness and work–life integration in the workplace. Unfortunately, it’s clear from the results of this year’s Workplace Survey that organizations aren’t meeting employee expectations.
