The safety of our members is our highest priority so we’ve enhanced cleaning in our coworking spaces and implemented new community wellness standards. Does my membership include conference room time and printing?
Yes, all membership tiers included unlimited conference room time and unlimited black and white printing.
Are there hidden fees or tokens?
Nope. Pay one monthly fee and that’s it! All benefits and services are automatically included.
What if I need a private moment?
Every Studio has a wellness room where you can take a moment for yourself.
Is there someone there to help if I have questions?
Yes. Our Studio Managers are in house full time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm. You can meet the Studio Managers here.
What perks or benefits do I get as a member?

Do I receive access to other locations?
Yes, your membership includes unlimited access to all current and future locations, with the exception of downtown Boston, which you may use up to 3 days per month.
Are there plans for more Studio locations?
Yes! More locations are on their way. Check back soon to see where we’re going next.
Do I get a discount on the store’s products and services?
Studio members receive an automatic 10% off all products and services in store. Excludes postage and phone/gift cards.
Are the Studio hours different than the store hours?
The Studio is open the same hours as the store it is located in. However, the Studio space is only staffed Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm.
What if I need to make a private phone call?
Don’t worry, you can make yourself at home when you’re at your Studio. So call away! But if you’d prefer a more quiet or discreet area, there are private rooms at your disposal.
Can I really drink and eat everything I want from the fridge and cabinets? For free?
Yes, we offer a fully stocked breakroom with unlimited premium coffee, tea and snacks.
What if I have trouble with my laptop while at the Studio — is there someone there to help me?
Absolutely. Our Staples® Tech Services experts are always there to help with IT issues.
Can I bring my clients or coworkers into the Studio? Can I invite my friends or coworkers to the speaker series or networking events?
Absolutely! Bring anyone you’d like, we’re always looking to grow our community.
Is there parking available?
Yes, all of our locations offer free parking with the exception of our downtown Boston and Manhattan locations.

Do I get access to the Canadian Staples Studio locations?
All U.S. members are welcome to visit one of our Canadian Studio locations. Each member has access to two hours of conference room time per month, free phone room use and can participate in any community events while there. They’ll also receive many of the same perks, including unlimited Wi‐Fi, and premium coffee and snacks. Just work with your Studio Manager to give 24‐hour notice of your travel and be ready to present an ID when you arrive.
