Will I still receive rewards benefits after my Staples More Account credit card closes?

Yes, as a valued Staples customer you'll continue to earn rewards. Access your rewards in-store using your phone number, log in to your Staples Rewards account or download the Staples Connect app.

How will I receive rewards benefits now that my More Account credit card is closed? I have always earned rewards automatically when I use my More Account credit card.

Beginning 7/31 your rewards benefits will be tracked based on the rewards number entered at the time of purchase. In-Store provide your phone number associated with your rewards account at checkout. For staples.com orders, confirm your rewards number is stored on your profile. See instructions in the Staples Help Center.

What happens if I need to make a return after the card closes?

Returns on your More Account will be accepted and reimbursed to the original form of tender until 9/30/23. As of 10/1/23, you will be issued an alternative reimbursement. For dotcom returns you will receive reimbursement via check within 20 business days of the return being complete. See store associate for returns made in-store. All returns follow the Staples return policy.

My Staples More Account credit card required a PO (Purchase Order) for my purchases. How will this work after 7/31?

Purchase Order field is an optional field when checking out on Staples.com.
