We're a proud signature sponsor of Junior Achievement's (JA) Company Program in markets across the United States. Through this program, our Experts volunteer as coaches to help students design business ventures that fill a need or solve a problem in their community, all while developing their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
Our Experts also serve as judges, tapping into their experience working with a diverse customer base. They help identify the most viable ventures for entry into a nationwide competition, where Staples is also a signature sponsor.
Through JA Job Shadow, we welcome students to our facilities all over the United States, including our headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. Students are immersed in everyday work life and can experience a variety of careers, from product design to packing and shipping logistics.
Our hands-on job shadow opportunities are designed and driven by our Experts to ensure students get the most authentic experience in preparation for their future careers.
We are a signature sponsor of this national event which is designed to foster thoughtful relationships between JA's corporate partners and showcase the business acumen, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking of JA students. During this experience, Staples leaders lend their expertise by judging student competitions and sharing real-world experience to help accelerate students' dreams and launch their futures.
We provide JA alumni access to our career-readiness programming and entry-level job experiences, including our summer internship and two-year rotational programs. Alumni can also take advantage of the curriculum we designed with JA of Greater Boston to maximize the benefits of direct learning experiences, mentorship and networking.
We help foster collaborative learning among students by providing real-world business scenarios that allow them to gain practical work experience. In this program, our Experts create unique case studies for students to solve based on real business challenges we face every day. They then coach students through preparing and presenting their proposed solutions for them.

During this experience, our employees introduce eighth-graders to the world of work by sharing their unique insights and career experiences. This career expo is a powerful way for JA students to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy.
