As advertised
While it is a remanufactured cartridge, we have had no problems or issues with them and they appear to be a good replacement for the OEM product.

Did not work
I put the Tru Red cartridges in my HP printer and now it won't work says print head failure. Now I have to buy another printer. Do not recommend.

Remanufactured INK
I would not recommend this ink, the quality is poor and the color changes from one page to another. I would rather have the actual HP Ink that is suggested to be used with my HP printer but the company I worked has required this substitution for savings.
